Bambi Award 2011

On the 10th of November, Hubert Burda Media awarded for the 63rd time the Bambi award. This year, the event took place in Wiesbaden, and again, many celebrities participated at this event, inter alia teen-star Justin Bieber, Hollywood beauty Gwyneth Paltrow and Pop-Diva Lady Gaga. Manfred Gerl of ISN Germany was responsible, for the 11th time, for coordinating the security of the event.

Prince Michael Jackson

ISN Germany took charge of Prince Michael Jackson’s security during his visit in Germany on the occasion of the Tribute to Bambi Event in Berlin. The son of the legendary pop star came to Berlin to sell at auction the lyrics of one of his father’s songs. The proceeds of the auction will go to a good cause.
Dreamball in Berlin

The Dreamball of the DKMS Deutsche Knochenmarksspenderdatei (The German Bone Marrow Donor Center) took place in Berlin for the 6th time. ISN was in charge of the security measures since the first Dreamball, and this year too, with Manfred Gerl leading the task, we provided the security guards and the close protection officers. We were supported by Gegenbauer Sicherheit, a longstanding partner of ours.

On 11 April 2011 it was that time again: “Gala“, “Montblanc“ and the “Louis C. Jacob“ in Hamburg selected the yearly most lovey-dovey celeb-couples. The ISN Germany among other things provided for the security and safety of the guests (Picture: Manfred Gerl with Frauke Ludowig). Prominent guests of the event were among others: Mirja and Sky Du Mont, soccer player Mladen Petric along with wife Despina, actress Sonja Kirchberger and Jochen Nickel as well as model Franziska Knuppe.

New Faces Award 2011 Berlin

For the in the meantime 11th time the magazine “Bunte“ honoured young film talents with the “New Faces Award“ on the evening prior to the German Film Award. The security and safety of the guests Manfred Gerl, ISN Germany, and his team provided for.
Friendship Visit
On 30 June 2011 Hon. General, retired, Ulrich K. Wegener together with Colonel, retired, Hubertus Grützner stayed with the ISN in Rheinmuenster for an information visit. Thereby the two were in particular interested in the spectrum of the services of the domain “Maritime Security” which is integrated into the overall portfolio of the ISN GmbH with its international security services. Aside from the picture of the situation “Sea” and the current areas of engagement of the ISN operatives both received intensive insights into the tactical and strategic performance capability of our enterprise. The assignment dynamics of the ISN, transporting operative task forces including equipment to the respective region of employment within 48 hours, impressed them deeply. We thank both for their visit in our Headquarters and are delighted about the positive feedbacks – in particular from Hon. General, retired, Ulrich K. Wegener who now as ever is deemed one of the world-best connoisseurs of international special units.
