Medic Training

This training is designed for security professionals, active close protection officers, and security drivers operating in high-risk environments. These roles require specialized medical knowledge and skills to respond rapidly and effectively in emergencies, ensuring the safety and survival of clients. The course is ideal for personnel working under extreme conditions who must provide first aid in critical moments.

Training Objective

The focus is on providing first aid to wounded individuals under challenging conditions. Key elements include stabilizing the injured party and preparing them for evacuation or structured handover to emergency responders. Participants will train techniques to recognize life-threatening conditions and perform under stress.

Stabilization tasks include controlling severe bleeding, securing airways, applying occlusive dressings, and managing hypothermia to keep the patient alive until professional help arrives.

Course Content

  • STOP THE BLEED: use of tourniquets, tamponade, various bandages (groin, armpit)
  • Application of gauze material
  • Airway management using NPA (nasopharyngeal airways)
  • Recognizing signs and types of shock
  • First aid for stab and gunshot wounds
  • Identifying and treating tension pneumothorax with chest seals
  • Signs and symptoms of traumatic brain injury
  • Structured handover using XABCDE or ATMIST protocols
  • Fracture and contusion treatment using SAM splint
  • Burn and scald care
  • First response at road traffic accidents
  • Basic and trauma-focused resuscitation
  • Casualty evacuation techniques
  • Maintaining body heat: the Triangle of Death
